Any Limitations With The Medifast Diet Plan?

A common worry that many people have when entering any new diet is what kind of limitations does it have. Well, lets get the basics out of the way first. With the medifast diet plan, you are going to be eating six meals a day. Basically, it’s 5 meals that Medifast has already prepared for you, and one meal which they call (lean and green) which you make yourself.

The purpose of this is to get your metabolism up and running before you go to sleep. As far as when you eat these meals, that is strictly up to you. I’d recommend that you space them out, but not too much so. The last thing you want is to be eating a meal at 10pm at night before you are ready to go to bed. That could affect your sleep. You are going to have to work out the logistics for yourself.

It really comes down to what kind of schedule that you have. You would know your schedule a lot better than I would. Personally, I like to have all my meals out of the way before 7 pm. This way I know I’ll be really well digested prior to going to sleep. You have to remember that these are small meals, so it’s not like you have to be terribly hungry in order to eat any of them.
