Muscle Building Supplements for Baby Boomers

After the age of 40, it is natural to lose muscle mass and increase fat. With the increase in knowledge about how the human body responds to aging as well as supplementation, much can be done to delay and reverse the aging process. Essential fatty acids, or polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega-3 play an important role in brain function, and muscle repair and function.
